Breaking Bread is a cookbook created for the American International school in Hong Kong containing a collection of recipes gathered. Students, families, faculty & alums shared their hometown recipes from around the globe. Filled with cultural tastes.
Together the youthful audience and worldwide recipes inspired the colorful and whimsical design, making this a family favorite cookbook. The sale of the books raised funds for HKIS Special Education teachers.

The message of breaking bread, sharing a meal with family and friends, hit all the right notes.
